Returns or Exchanges
Purchases are eligible for return or refund if we receive your request within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
HQ will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item, delivery costs are excluded from refund.
We can not return perishable items, or intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds or Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange unless you have made arrangements by phone or email ahead of time by contacting the office.
To complete your return, provide documentation that you were the original purchaser of the product.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to the warehouse, 1050 Maple Rd., Troy MI 48083.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless arrangements have been made ahead of time by contacting the office directly.
